The presentation will offer a focused look at genealogical research specific to the five boroughs of New York City, covering roughly the 1840s through the 1950s. It will cover unique record collections, databases and websites for Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and the Bronx such as Vital Records, State Censuses, Newspapers, Bank Records, Church Records and Maps. This SIG meets the first Monday of the month from 2-4pm only via Zoom. Primary geographical areas are Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia and New Jersey.
