The topic for this meeting will be How Land Grants were made to Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Veterans in Virginia. It will include, if, where, and when there were such grants and what happened to them (e.g., used by the grantee or sold).
The meeting will be on zoom only. The zoom link and any handouts will be sent to VA SIG members a few days before the meeting. Non-members who wish to attend should send an email to albreedlove@comcast.net at least 2-3 days before the meeting so that they can receive the link and handout. FxGS members welcome!
