About this event

Description: Many ancestors were skilled craftspeople and tradesmen whose descendants continued the family business. Drawing from a family of potters, this presentation demonstrates the importance of understanding terms, tools and techniques associated with the family trade, and explores valuable sources for researching blacksmiths, wheelwrights, silversmiths and other craftspeople and artisans.
