			About this event

Meetings: Our meetings are open to all — you do not have to be a member of the Fairfax Genealogical Society to attend. The group meets once a month from September through May. There are no meetings over the summer months. We generally meet on the 3rd Monday of the month (except when a Federal Holiday occurs on Monday, then we meet the next day — Tuesday — of that month). Meetings are normally held at the Fairfax County Pohick Regional Library, 6450 Sydenstricker Rd, Burke, VA. from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Participants range from beginners to experienced experts.
Program Schedule: Generally our topics are driven by the interests of the group members. Topics range from open discussion to presentations by regular group members and invited outside speakers.
May Topic: “Breaking the Wall: Genealogy Case Study in Alsace”
Presenter: Bob Dunfield
