Serving family history researchers throughout Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area, FxGS provides educational programs, expert guidance, and a welcoming community for genealogists at every experience level. While our roots are local, our focus is Researching Ancestors Everywhere. Our members explore family histories across the United States and around the world, supported by educational meetings, conferences, Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and online resources designed to help researchers learn, solve problems, and make new discoveries.
